Strike

Bowling scoreboard with splits and six players.

★ 5.0 · 1 review · version 1.0.5

Strike puts the bowling scoreboard on your wrist. After every ball, tap the pins that are still standing and the app does the rest: strikes, spares, the bonus math, the tricky tenth frame and a live "maximum possible" so you always know what is still on the table.

It knows more than the house monitor. Splits are detected by the USBC rule and named (7-10, 4-6-7-10), converted splits are counted, and each game feeds your average, strike rate and handicap. Bowl alone or with up to six friends; Strike hands the turn to the next player by itself and keeps a running series total.

WHAT IT DOES

  • Pin deck input: tap the pins left standing, confirm. A strike or spare is one tap
  • Full scoring engine with bonuses, tenth-frame extra balls and "max possible" per frame
  • Split detection with the setup name, split conversions and a buzz on a split
  • Up to 6 players with names, automatic turn order, scoresheet per player, series totals
  • Handicap from your own average: pick a basis (160-240) and percentage (70-100 %)
  • Statistics: average, last-10 average, high game, high series, strike and spare rate, open frames, split conversion, first-ball average, 200+ games, clean games, longest strike run
  • History of your last 30 series, undo any ball, a game survives closing the app
  • Vibration patterns for strike, turkey, spare and the perfect 300
  • Glance with your running score, English, Dutch, German, Spanish and French

WHAT IT NEEDS

Nothing but the watch. Touch watches tap the pins; button watches enter the pin count with up and down.
